Quotations and Orders.<\/strong><\/span>\n<br\/>\n<span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Validity:<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Our offers are valid for 1 month.<\/strong>\n<ul style=\"margin-left: 27pt;\">\n  <li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Urban Planning: <\/strong><\/span>The Client is solely responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and authorizations.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Property: <\/strong><\/span>Our plans, calculations, and drawings remain our exclusive property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46dd612 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46dd612\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Article 3. Prices and Payments.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul style=\"margin-left: 27pt;\"><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>VAT: <\/strong><\/span>The rate <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>(6% or 21%)<\/strong><\/span> is applied according to current legislation.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Deposits: <\/strong><\/span>Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>30%<\/strong><\/span> upon order, <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>60%<\/strong> <\/span>during progress, and<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>10%<\/strong><\/span> upon completion.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>B2B (Peppol): <\/strong><\/span>For professionals, the invoice is sent via the <strong style=\"color: #f8b322;\">Peppol<\/strong> network. Late Payments.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong>Invoices are payable within 10 days.<\/strong><\/p><ol style=\"margin-left: 27pt;\"><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Professionals (B2B): <\/strong><\/span>Interest of <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>12%<\/strong><\/span> per year and a penalty clause of <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>15% (min. \u20ac25)<\/strong><\/span> apply automatically.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Private Clients (B2C): <\/strong><\/span>A free formal notice is sent. Deadlines and Acceptance (Simplified Version).<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul style=\"margin-left: 27pt;\"><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Deadlines: <\/strong><\/span>Deadlines are indicative, and a delay does not justify cancellation of the order.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Acceptance: <\/strong><\/span>As soon as the works are completed, the Company informs the client by <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>oral communication, e-mail, or SMS.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Tacit Acceptance: <\/strong><\/span>Taking possession of the premises, using the works by the client, or payment of the final invoice constitutes definitive acceptance without reservation.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Dispute: <\/strong><\/span>If the client does not respond in writing within <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>15 days<\/strong><\/span> after completion of the works, they are considered accepted.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>Property: <\/strong><\/span>Materials remain our property until full payment.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e70dadb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e70dadb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Article 6. Right of Withdrawal (B2C).<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Private clients have a right of withdrawal of <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>14 days<\/strong> <\/span>for contracts signed off-premises. If they request the immediate start of the works, they waive this right for services already performed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d8238d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d8238d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Article 8. Disputes and Applicable Law.<\/strong><\/span>\n<br\/>\nThis contract is governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution.
