Purpose of the contract<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>These general terms and conditions apply to all renovation works (painting, plumbing, electricity, masonry, coatings, etc.) carried out by the Company for the Client, within the framework of a service contract. The works to be carried out are detailed in the quotation accepted by the Client.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7dd47d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c7dd47d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. Purpose of the contract<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>2.1 Quotation<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>These general terms and conditions apply to all renovation works (painting, plumbing, electricity, masonry, coatings, etc.) carried out by the Company for the Client, within the framework of a service contract. The works to be carried out are detailed in the quotation accepted by the Client.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a916cb7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a916cb7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>2.2 Validity of the quotation<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The quotation is valid for a period of <strong>30<\/strong> days from its date of issue. After this period, the Company reserves the right to adjust the price based on material cost variations or market conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1061899 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1061899\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>2.3 Amendment to the quotation<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Any modification to the works or the quotation must be formalized by an addendum signed by both parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46dd612 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46dd612\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. Price and payment terms<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>3.1 Price<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The price of the works is as indicated in the accepted quotation. This price includes labor, materials, and any other expenses necessary for the execution of the works, unless stated otherwise in the quotation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bce02df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bce02df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>3.2 Deposit<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>A deposit of <strong>30%<\/strong> of the total amount of the works is due upon signing the quotation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf93822 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cf93822\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>3.3 Payment of the balance<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the works, or according to the payment terms agreed upon in the quotation. Payment must be made via bank transfer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0536cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0536cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>3.4 Late payment<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>In case of late payment, late payment interests will be applied in accordance with Belgian legal provisions (law of August 2, 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions). Collection charges will also be invoiced if the delay exceeds <strong>[30] days<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d83cb97 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d83cb97\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. Work Execution Deadlines<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>4.1 Agreed Deadlines<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The works will be carried out within the deadlines specified in the quotation, subject to weather conditions, delays in material supply, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Company. Any changes to the deadlines will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9af6c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e9af6c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5. Company&#8217;s Obligations<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\">The Company undertakes to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Carry out the works in accordance with technical standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.<\/li><li>Provide the materials necessary for the completion of the works, unless otherwise agreed upon in the quotation.<\/li><li>Adhere to the agreed deadlines, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e70dadb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e70dadb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>6. Client&#8217;s Obligations<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\">The client agrees to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Pay the amount due within the agreed deadlines.<\/li><li>Provide secure and adequate access to the construction site.<\/li><li>Ensure that all necessary administrative authorizations (building permits, etc.) have been obtained before the start of the works.<\/li><li>Prepare the construction site so that the works can commence under the best conditions.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3101580 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3101580\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>7. Modification of Works<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Any modification to the works requested by the Client during the construction process will be the subject of a written addendum, specifying the new services, the new prices, and the revised deadlines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d8238d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d8238d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>8. Acceptance of Works<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>At the end of the works, an acceptance will be carried out by the client.<\/p><p>The client may issue written reservations in case of non-compliance with the works. Non-compliant works must be corrected by the Company, at no additional cost to the Client, within a reasonable timeframe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04ecf94 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"04ecf94\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>9. Insurance<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The Company declares to be covered by professional liability insurance for damages that may occur during the execution of the works.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a4ffa3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a4ffa3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>10. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The Company shall not be held liable for non-performance or delays in the execution of the works in case of force majeure (fire, flood, strike, extreme weather conditions, etc.). In such cases, the Company will inform the Client as soon as possible and make efforts to resume the works at the earliest opportunity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-09a3ee1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"09a3ee1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>11. Termination of Contract<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>11.1 Termination by the Client<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The Client may terminate the contract at any time before the commencement of the works. If the works have already commenced, indemnities will be due to the Company to cover the costs incurred.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e201bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e201bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #f8b322;\"><strong>11.2 Termination by the Company<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The Company may also terminate the contract in case of non-payment, significant delay in the performance of the client&#8217;s obligations, or any other substantial breach.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f42fc63 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f42fc63\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>12. Disputes and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>In case of a dispute, the parties agree to try to resolve the conflict amicably. In case of failure, the dispute will be brought before the competent court at the registered office of the company, in accordance with Belgian laws.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-006ab79 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"006ab79\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>13.
